Do I have to be completely undressed?
You should wear whatever is most comfortable. Some clients prefer to fully undress for the massage, others prefer to remain partially clothed during the massage. You will remain securely and professionally draped throughout the entire session, and I will adapt my techniques as necessary to accommodate your comfort level.
What time should I arrive/what time will you arrive?
Please allot for 20 minutes before the specified appointment time in order to accommodate a thorough intake and setup period before each massage.
Can I talk during the massage?
You are free to talk as much or as little as you’d like during the session.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept cash, venmo, Zelle, check, and all major credit cards.
Where is Inspirit Bodywork located?
Inspirit Bodywork is a small business run personally by me. I am based out of Capitol Hill in Denver, Colorado. Most massages provided by me will operate on a mobile massage model, meaning that I will travel to your home for the massage.
What is your cancellation policy?

Should I tip?
Tipping is customary in the massage profession, however it is not expected or anticipated. I absolutely appreciate any tip you give for my services, but it is not by any means required.
